Citiark Technology Group LLC uses protected systems and restricted-access procedures to reduce the risk of unauthorized disclosure.
Data collected by Citiark Technology Group LLC is used to deliver, operate, and improve our IT services. This includes troubleshooting, security monitoring, service planning, and communication related to your account. Upon conclusion of a service agreement, Citiark Technology Group LLC coordinates transfer or removal of access as appropriate and returns client-controlled assets where applicable. Residual records may be retained for legal, operational, and security purposes in accordance with retention policies, then securely deleted when no longer required. Confidentiality obligations continue after service termination.
